Job Description
We're a growth-stage healthcare company scaling rapidly across Texas, and we're looking for Case Managers to join our Operations team. This is a precision role blending tech-assisted workflows with critical customer-facing communication. You'll prepare medical documentation with accuracy and consistency, working through a structured, AI-enabled process on every case, and coordinate exam scheduling and logistics across multiple parties, delivering superb customer service along the way.
