Owning end-user engagement across various channels, the full-time remote Consumer Marketing Manager will manage consumer marketing campaigns, collaborate with product teams on go-to-market strategies, and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to enhance user retention and engagement. Key responsibilities Own regular engagement with end users through email, direct mail, and other lifecycle channels Plan and execute consumer marketing campaigns from strategy through launch and post-campaign analysis Build and manage lifecycle/email marketing programs, focusing on onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement Required qualifications 5-8 years of consumer or product marketing experience, preferably in fintech or financial services Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and report on performance Experience with direct mail or offline marketing channels is a strong plus Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, growth, and client success teams
