Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense biological reagents, dyes, buffers, and solutions .
• Perform accurate weighing, pipetting, dilution, mixing, and pH adjustments .
• Operate laboratory equipment including spectrophotometers/UV -Vis, pH meters, balances, and pipettes .
• Perform manufacturing activities using aseptic techniques .
• Complete batch records and production documentation accurately.
• Maintain material and product inventories.
• Support filling, labeling, packaging, and processing of finished products.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate process or quality issues.
• Manage multiple production activities and schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic laboratory or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written procedures with strong attention to detail.
• Basic math skills involving unit conversions, concentrations, dilutions, weights, and volumes .
• Ability to safely handle biological and chemical materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology , or related field.
• Experience preparing reagents, buffers, dyes, or laboratory solutions .
• Experience with aseptic techniques and laboratory instruments .
• Experience in GMP/cGMP, GLP, ISO-regulated, cleanroom, or controlled environments .
