To support the operational health of enterprise SAP environments, the full-time remote SAP Basis Administrator will manage day-to-day administration, monitor SAP systems, and provide Level 2 support for incidents and performance issues. Key Responsibilities Support the administration and maintenance of SAP landscapes, including monitoring environments and assisting with system refreshes Administer SAP monitoring platforms, configure alerts, and perform health checks across SAP environments Provide Level 2 support for SAP-related incidents, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of SAP technical experience with hands-on SAP Basis administration Experience supporting SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or NetWeaver environments Familiarity with SAP monitoring tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Avantra, or BMC Patrol Working knowledge of Linux and/or Windows server environments
